Air Fryer Roasted Chicken

Roasting an entire chicken in an air fryer is quick and easy. It produces the juiciest, most flavorful chicken you will ever eat!

- 1 whole fryer chicken
- 1-2 lemons, quartered
- 2-3 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 3-4 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- garlic powder
Wash the chicken under cold running water. Remove any organs from the inside cavity and discard them.
Pat the entire chicken dry with paper towels.
Stuff the cavity with the lemon chunks, rosemary sprigs, and garlic cloves.
Coat the entire outside of the chicken with olive oil.
Season generously with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Place the prepped bird on a foil lined pan, breast side down.
Air fry at 360°F for 45 minutes.
Flip chicken over (breast side up) and continue to air fry the bird for another 15 minutes.
Remove from the air fryer and allow the chicken to rest for 10 minutes before cutting into it.
Serve with a drizzle of gravy, a side of stuffing and a crisp green salad to round out the meal.
