All Natural Flu Shot

Ingredients
  

  • 1 entire head garlic, peeled
  • 3 tsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 3 cups pineapple juice
  • tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp organic dark honey

Instructions
 

  • Place garlic cloves, ginger, lemon juice, pineapple juice, cayenne pepper, and honey in a blender.
  • Purée on high until completely blended into a smooth frothy liquid.
  • Store in an airtight bottle.
  • Keep refrigerated.
  • Shake bottle and pour out a one ounce shot.
  • Drink one shot daily as a preventative during cold and flu season.
  • If sick with a cold or the flu, take one shot first thing in the morning and one shot in the evening before bed until you're feeling better.
