chopped apple

ground cloves

raisins or dried cranberries

cup
pecans or walnuts,
roughly chopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325℉.
Spray loaf pans generously with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
Combine flour, sugar cinnamon, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and ground cloves in the bowl of a stand mixer. Stir to combine.
Add vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla. Mix to combine all the ingredients.
Add raisins, nuts and chopped apples. Stir to combine.
Divide batter evenly into the two prepared loaf pans.
Bake for 80-90 minutes.
Loaves are done when a toothpick inserted in the middle of the loaf comes out clean.
Remove loaves from the oven and allow them to cool completely before slicing them.
