Apple Cinnamon Bread

If you love apples and cinnamon you're going to love this moist flavorful bread that comes together in just a few quick minutes. Your house will smell like fall has arrived as it bakes in the oven.

Equipment

  • 2 loaf pans

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups chopped apple
  • 3 cups flour
  • cups sugar
  • cups vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs beaten
  • tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • tsp salt
  • tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp ground cloves
  • cup raisins or dried cranberries
  • ½ cup pecans or walnuts, roughly chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325℉.
  • Spray loaf pans generously with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
  • Combine flour, sugar cinnamon, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and ground cloves in the bowl of a stand mixer. Stir to combine.
  • Add vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla. Mix to combine all the ingredients.
  • Add raisins, nuts and chopped apples. Stir to combine.
  • Divide batter evenly into the two prepared loaf pans.
  • Bake for 80-90 minutes.
  • Loaves are done when a toothpick inserted in the middle of the loaf comes out clean.
  • Remove loaves from the oven and allow them to cool completely before slicing them.

Notes

Store covered in the refrigerator.
