Art's Asian Pork Kabobs

A flavor packed Asian inspired pork kabob.

- 1 pork tenderloin, cut into ¼ inch thick slices
- ⅓ cup soy sauce
- ⅓ cup sesame oil
- ⅓ cup vermouth
- 5-6 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ inch piece fresh ginger
In a measuring cup combine soy sauce, sesame oil, and Vermouth.
Stir in freshly grated ginger and minced garlic.
Place sliced pork tenderloin in a large zip lock bag.
Pour marinade over the meat. Seal bag and refigerate overnight.
Preheat grill to medium high heat.
Skewer meat onto bamboo skewers. Discard excess marinade.
Cook kabobs on the grill until cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Serve with rice pilaf and a crisp green salad to round out the meal.
