Asian Sesame Noodles

A delectable Asian inspired pasta dish that's equally delicious as a side or as a meat free meal. Enjoy hot or cold.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Spaghetti or any thin noodle of your choice
  • 4 green onions, sliced

Dressing Ingredients

  • ΒΌ cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1-2 tsp hot chili oil
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions
 

  • Cook noodles according to package directions.
  • While noodles are cooking, chop green onions.

Prepare dressing:

  • Place soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, rice vinegar, sesame oil, hot chili oil, and vegetable oil in a glass jar.
  • Tighten lid and shake jar well to combine all the dressing ingredients.
  • When noodles are cooked al dente, drain well, and place them in a large bowl.
  • Add dressing to the cooked noodles and stir to coat all the noodles with the dressing.
  • Top with chopped green onions to serve.
  • Noodles can be served either hot or cold.
