Ingredients
  

  • 5.3 oz Garlic & Herb Boursin cheese round
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp honey, optional
  • 1 baguette sour dough bread
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350℉.
  • Set up a breading station; flour in first bowl, beaten egg in the second bowl, and breadcrumbs in the third bowl.
  • Dredge cheese round in the flour to coat, shaking off excess flour.
  • Dip cheese round in the beaten egg mixture to coat it completely.
  • Roll cheese round in the breadcrumbs to coat it completely, pressing the breadcrumbs onto the surface of the cheese round.
  • Place breaded cheese round in an oven safe ramekin.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes or until cheese is heated through and the breadcrumbs are a rich golden brown.
  • Drizzle with honey, if desired.
  • Serve hot with slices of sour dough baguette and your favorite crackers.
