- 5.3 oz Garlic & Herb Boursin cheese round
- ¼ cup flour
- 1 large egg, beaten
- ⅓ cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp honey, optional
- 1 baguette sour dough bread
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers
Preheat oven to 350℉.
Set up a breading station; flour in first bowl, beaten egg in the second bowl, and breadcrumbs in the third bowl.
Dredge cheese round in the flour to coat, shaking off excess flour.
Dip cheese round in the beaten egg mixture to coat it completely.
Roll cheese round in the breadcrumbs to coat it completely, pressing the breadcrumbs onto the surface of the cheese round.
Place breaded cheese round in an oven safe ramekin.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until cheese is heated through and the breadcrumbs are a rich golden brown.
Drizzle with honey, if desired.
Serve hot with slices of sour dough baguette and your favorite crackers.
