Baked Buffalo Chicken Dip

Everyone's favorite Buffalo Chicken Wing flavors come together in this delicious creamy baked dip. You won't be able to stop eating it after your very first bite.

Equipment

  • Oven safe casserole dish.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb cooked chicken meat, shredded
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup Frank's Red hot sauce
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp Ranch dressing, for garnish
  • 2 tbsp Frank's Red hot sauce, for garnish
  • 1 tbsp green onion, sliced
  • baguette loaf, sliced
  • dippers: corn chips, carrot sticks, celery sticks, optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350℉.
  • In a large bowl stir together shredded chicken, sour cream, softened cream cheese, ½ cup buffalo sauce, and half the shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
  • Spread mixture out evenly into an oven safe casserole dish.
  • Sprinkle with Gorgonzola cheese crumbles and remaining cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and drizzle with hot sauce, ranch dressing and top with sliced green onions.
  • Serve hot with either sliced baguette bread, corn chips, carrot sticks or celery sticks.
