Baked Chili Cheese Dip

Only four ingredients means you can make this easy to prepare dip anytime the mood strikes. It's a great game day appetizer. Also a perfect last minute snack to serve up when unexpected guests pop in.

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 15 oz can of chili
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 3-4 tbsp sliced pickled Jalapeños, chopped
- corn chips or tortilla chips
Preheat oven to 350℉.
Spread cream cheese out in an even layer in the bottom of an oven safe casserole dish.
Top with the chili, spreading it our over the layer of cream cheese.
Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Top with chopped Jalapeño peppers.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve hot with a side of corn chips or tortilla chips for scooping up the dip.
