Baked Chili Cheese Dip

Only four ingredients means you can make this easy to prepare dip anytime the mood strikes. It's a great game day appetizer. Also a perfect last minute snack to serve up when unexpected guests pop in.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 15 oz can of chili
  • cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3-4 tbsp sliced pickled Jalapeños, chopped
  • corn chips or tortilla chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350℉.
  • Spread cream cheese out in an even layer in the bottom of an oven safe casserole dish.
  • Top with the chili, spreading it our over the layer of cream cheese.
  • Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Top with chopped Jalapeño peppers.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Serve hot with a side of corn chips or tortilla chips for scooping up the dip.
