Bananascotchy Chocolate Chip Bread

Moistest, most delectable banana bread you will ever eat!

- 3-4 very ripe bananas
- ⅓ cup melted butter
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- ⅔ cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups flour
- 4 oz butterscotch chips
- 5 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°. Generously grease a loaf pan, set aside.
Peel ripe bananas and place in a mixing bowl. Using a pastry cutter, mash bananas until no large lumps remain.
Add the remining ingredients to the mashed bananas. Stir until well combined.
Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 1 hour and check to see if loaf is done by inserting a toothpick into the center. If the toothpick comes out clean, bread is done. If not bake loaf for up to an additonal 15 minutes if needed.
Remove loaf from oven and allow to cool in the pan for 30 minutes.
Turn out loaf and allow to cool completely.
Delishious served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
