Big Mac Sliders

All the flavors you love in a Big Mac, in a scaled down, smaller, quick and easy to make slider version. A delicious meal or fantastic appetizer to serve your friends.

- 1 lb lean ground beef
- salt & pepper
- ½ medium finely diced onion, reserve 1 tbsp for the special sauce
- iceberg lettuce, finely shredded
- pickles, sliced
- 6 slices American cheese
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 pkg King's Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
Special Sauce:
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp prepared French salad dressing
- 1 tbsp onion, finely minced
- 2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
- 1½ tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- ¼ tsp salt
Make beef patties:
Divide ground beef into 12 equal sized portions.
Press ground beef into a 12 cup muffin tin.
Season with salt and pepper.
Top with minced onion.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Remove muffin tin from the oven and top each beef patty with slices of American cheese.
Return to oven and bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
Prepare Toppings:
While beef patties are baking in the oven, prepare toppings, shred lettuce, slice pickles and finely mince onion.
Make Special Sauce:
In a small bowl stir together mayonnaise, French salad dressing, minced onions, relish, vinegar, sugar, and salt until well combined. Set side.
Assemble burger sliders:
Top toasted rolls with special sauce, shredded lettuce, minced onion, and pickle slices.
Remove beef patties from the oven and top each prepared roll with a beef patty. Top beef patties with the other half of the buns.
Serve immediately.
