Bread Dip Seasoning Mix

These flavorful spices and herbs in olive oil, along with with some freshly minced garlic create the perfect, can't stop eating it, dipping sauce for your favorite French bread.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp dried Parsley
  • 1 tbsp dried Oregano
  • 1 tbsp dried Basil
  • 1 tbsp crushed Red Pepper
  • 2 tsp Garlic powder
  • tsp Onion powder
  • tsp Kosher salt
  • ½ tsp Dried Rosemary
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • freshly minced Garlic cloves, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Combine black pepper, parsley flakes, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, onion powder, garlic powder, rosemary and salt.
  • To serve place about a tablespoon of seasoning mix in a shallow plate.
  • Pour ¼ cup to ½ cup olive oil in the plate.
  • Add minced garlic and stir to combine all the ingredients with the olive oil.
  • Allow the mixture to sit for a few minutes to allow the olive oil to infuse with the flavors of the herbs and spices.
  • Serve with chunks of crusty French bread for dipping.
  • Store extra seasoning mix in an air tight container at room temperature.
