Cheesy Pepperoni Bread

- 1 loaf Sour dough baguette, sliced
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- ½ cp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Ranch seasoning mix
- 1 bunch green onions, sliced
- 3 oz sliced pepperoni
Preheat oven to 375°.
Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper for easier cleanup.
Slice pepperoni slices into thin strips.
Place shredded cheddar cheese, sliced green onion, pepperoni strips, and Ranch dressing mix in a large mixing bowl.
Add mayonnaise to the bowl.
Stir to combine all the ingredients. Add more mayonnaise if needed until you have a creamy paste.
Spread about a tablespoon of the cheese mixture onto each of the bread slices.
Place in a single layer on prepared baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
Turn oven to broil and heat until cheese is hot, bubbly, and lightly browned. Serve piping hot.
