Cheesy Pepperoni Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 1 loaf Sour dough baguette, sliced
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ½ cp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 bunch green onions, sliced
  • 3 oz sliced pepperoni

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°.
  • Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper for easier cleanup.
  • Slice pepperoni slices into thin strips.
  • Place shredded cheddar cheese, sliced green onion, pepperoni strips, and Ranch dressing mix in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add mayonnaise to the bowl.
  • Stir to combine all the ingredients. Add more mayonnaise if needed until you have a creamy paste.
  • Spread about a tablespoon of the cheese mixture onto each of the bread slices.
  • Place in a single layer on prepared baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Turn oven to broil and heat until cheese is hot, bubbly, and lightly browned. Serve piping hot.
