Ingredients
For the Salad:

boneless, skinless chicken breasts,
cooked and shredded

fried wonton strips

iceburg lettuce,
sliced sliced

bunch
green onions,
sliced
½
red
bell pepper,
thinly sliced

roasted almonds,
roughly chopped

Cilantro,
chopped
Dressing:
4
tbsp
rice wine vinegar
4
tbsp
sugar
½
cup
vegetable oil
2
tbsp
sesame oil
1
tbsp
Hoisin sauce
Instructions
Place lettuce, shredded chicken, fried wonton strips, sliced almonds, red bell pepper and green onions in a large bowl.
In a jar combine rice wine vinegar, sugar, vegetable oil, sesame oil and hoisin sauce.
Screw on lid and shake vigorously to combine.
Pour dressing over salad and toss well.
Top with cilantro.
Serve immediatly.
Notes
TIP: Add dressing when ready to serve so that lettuce doesn't wilt.
