This is one of those dips that once you start eating it, you can't stop shoveling it in your face. Not only is it delicious, it's healthy and couldn't be any easier to make!

Ingredients
For every can of garbanzo beans:
1
can
Garbanzo beans,
drained
2-3
cloves
Garlic
3-4
tbsps
Tahini
1
tsp
Salt
ΒΌ
cup
Lemon juice
Olive oil
Paprika
warm water
Dippers:
Pita bread,
cut into wedges
Pita chips
baby Carrots
Cucumber slices
Broccoli florets
Celery sticks
Instructions
Process garbanzo beans, garlic, tahini, salt and lemon juice together in a food processor until smooth.
Add warm water to thin, if needed.
To serve, spread hummus in a shallow dish. Drizzle with olive oil and a sprinkle of paprika.
Serve with pita bread, pita chips, carrots, cucumber, celery, broccoli or cauliflower as dippers.
Notes
Use between a 1/4 cup and 1/2 cup lemon juice for every can of garbanzo beans to suit your taste.
