Cindy's Big Butt Chicken Sandwiches

Crispy chicken tenders on toasted hoagie rolls, with melted cheese, a drizzle of Ranch dressing and buffalo hot sauce make this Sammies utterly DELICIOUS!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 strips thick cut bacon, cooked crisp
  • 2 hoagie rolls
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
  • 2-4 large breaded chicken tenders, warmed
  • 4 slices Pepper Jack cheese
  • 2 tbsp prepared Ranch dressing
  • 2 tbsp Frank's Red Hot Sauce
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • lettuce leaves

Instructions
 

  • Fry bacon in a skillet until crispy and golden brown. Remove from pan and drain on a plate lined with a paper towel to remove excess grease.
  • Cut hoagie rolls in half.
  • Spread mayo onto each roll.
  • Place pepper jack cheese onto one half of each roll.
  • Place rolls in the oven and set oven temperature to "broil".
  • Broil until bread is toasted and cheese is melted. Remove from oven.
  • Place bacon slices onto one half of each roll.
  • Top with chicken tenders.
  • Drizzle chicken tenders with Ranch dressing and hot sauce.
  • Top with tomato slices and lettuce leaves.
  • Place the top half of the hoagie roll with the melted cheese on top.
  • Cut sandwich in half to serve.
  • Enjoy your big butt sandwich!
