Cindy's Big Butt Chicken Sandwiches

Crispy chicken tenders on toasted hoagie rolls, with melted cheese, a drizzle of Ranch dressing and buffalo hot sauce make this Sammies utterly DELICIOUS!

- 4 strips thick cut bacon, cooked crisp
- 2 hoagie rolls
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
- 2-4 large breaded chicken tenders, warmed
- 4 slices Pepper Jack cheese
- 2 tbsp prepared Ranch dressing
- 2 tbsp Frank's Red Hot Sauce
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- lettuce leaves
Fry bacon in a skillet until crispy and golden brown. Remove from pan and drain on a plate lined with a paper towel to remove excess grease.
Cut hoagie rolls in half.
Spread mayo onto each roll.
Place pepper jack cheese onto one half of each roll.
Place rolls in the oven and set oven temperature to "broil".
Broil until bread is toasted and cheese is melted. Remove from oven.
Place bacon slices onto one half of each roll.
Top with chicken tenders.
Drizzle chicken tenders with Ranch dressing and hot sauce.
Top with tomato slices and lettuce leaves.
Place the top half of the hoagie roll with the melted cheese on top.
Cut sandwich in half to serve.
