- 2 packages Crescent roll dough
- 2 8 oz. pkgs cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ stick butter, melted
- 1½ tsp cinnamon
- ⅓ cup sugar
Make cinnamon sugar topping:
Make cheesecake:
Roll out one package of crescent roll dough in the bottom of an ungreased 13 x 9 inch oven safe pan and set aside.
Using a stand mixer, beat together the two packages of softened cream cheese, one cup of sugar and vanilla, until smooth and fluffy.
Spread out cream cheese mixture evenly over crescent roll dough in the baking pan.
Roll out second package of crescent roll dough on top of the cream cheese mixture.
Spread melted butter evenly over the crescent roll dough.
Sprinkle cinnamon/sugar evenly over melted butter.
Bake in 350° preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until light golden brown.
Cool completely before cutting.
Serve at room temperature or chilled. Store in the refrigerator.
