Classic Spinach Dip

A timeless, vintage recipe that's so good, it never falls out of favor! Not only is this classic recipe a crowd pleasing favorite it takes just a few quick minutes to make it.

For the Dip:
- 10 oz package frozen spinach, thawed
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 pkg KnorrĀ® Vegetable mix
- 8 oz water chestnuts, drained and chopped
- 4 stalks green onions, sliced
Dippers:
- French bread, cubed
- Ritz crackers, optional
- red bell pepper slices, optional
- cucumber slices, optional
- celery sticks, optional
- carrot sticks, optional
Place thawed spinach in a colander and press out as much of the water as you can.
Chop water chestnuts and slice green onions.
Place sour cream, mayonnaise, vegetable mix, chopped water chestnuts, and sliced green onions in a bowl.
Stir well to combine.
Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours to allow flavors to develop.
Serve dip cold with cubes of French bread and your favorite crackers and veggies to scoop up the dip.
