Creamy Herbed Boursin Cheese Spread

Ditch the chemical laden cheese spreads at the store and make your own using cream cheese, garlic, and a delicious variety of dried herbs.

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 tbsp salted butter, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp dried basil
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- ½ tsp dried chives
- ½ tsp dried parsley
- ¼ tsp dried tarragon
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- crackers
- veggies; sliced bell pepper, snap peas, baby carrots, or celery sticks
Place all ingredients in the bowl of a mixer.
Whip together on high speed using the whisk attachment until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed.
Taste and season with additional salt if needed.
Refrigerate for 2 hours to allow flavors to combine.
Serve chilled with crackers and your favorite veggies.
