Deviled Egg Dip

Everything you love in a deviled egg is in this delectable dip. Serve with potato chips or Ritz crackers and watch it disappear!

  • Food processor

Ingredients
  

  • 8 large hard boiled eggs, peeled
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp pickle juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • sweet paprika, for garnish

Dippers:

  • potato chips
  • Ritz crackers
  • corn chips
  • celery and carrot sticks

Instructions
 

  • Place eggs, cream cheese, Mayo, yellow mustard, hot sauce, pickle juice, salt and pepper in the bowl of a food processor. 
  • Process until creamy and smooth.  Taste and season with additional salt if needed.
  • Transfer dip to an airtight container and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • To serve, spoon dip to a bowl and garnish with a sprinkle of sweet Paprika.
  • Serve with potato chips and Ritz crackers as dippers.
