Deviled Egg Dip

Everything you love in a deviled egg is in this delectable dip. Serve with potato chips or Ritz crackers and watch it disappear!

- 8 large hard boiled eggs, peeled
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 2 tbsp pickle juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- sweet paprika, for garnish
Dippers:
- potato chips
- Ritz crackers
- corn chips
- celery and carrot sticks
Place eggs, cream cheese, Mayo, yellow mustard, hot sauce, pickle juice, salt and pepper in the bowl of a food processor.
Process until creamy and smooth. Taste and season with additional salt if needed.
Transfer dip to an airtight container and refrigerate for 2 hours.
To serve, spoon dip to a bowl and garnish with a sprinkle of sweet Paprika.
Serve with potato chips and Ritz crackers as dippers.
