An easy to make salad dressing that comes together in just a few short minutes with a bright, tart and tangy freshness.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 part red wine vinegar
  • 3 parts olive oil
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • fresh herbs, optional
  • grated Parmesan cheese, optional

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a glass jar.
  • Screw on lid and shake vigorously until all ingredients are combined.
  • Store extra dressing in the fridge for up to 1 week.
