An easy to make salad dressing that comes together in just a few short minutes with a bright, tart and tangy freshness.

- 1 part red wine vinegar
- 3 parts olive oil
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- fresh herbs, optional
- grated Parmesan cheese, optional
Place all ingredients in a glass jar.
Screw on lid and shake vigorously until all ingredients are combined.
Store extra dressing in the fridge for up to 1 week.
