Easy Peasy Pie Crust

It's easier than you think to make a pie crust from scratch in about 5 minutes with this simple technique; no rolling out the dough required either.

- 1½ cups flour
- ½ tsp Kosher salt
- 2 tbsp sugar
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 3½ tbsp milk
Preheat oven to 375℉.
Place flour, salt and sugar in pie pan and stir together to combine.
Add oil and 3 tablespoons milk.
Stir together until you have a crumbly mixture.
Add another ½ tablespoon more milk if mixture seems too dry.
Once dough starts to come together use your hands to knead the dough into a ball.
Using your fingers begin pressing the dough out along the bottom of the pie pan and working the dough up the sides of the pan. Try to keep the dough an even thickness.
Use a fork to prick the pie crust several times.
Bake crust for 20 minutes until light golden brown.
Remove pie crust from the oven and fill with your desired pie filling.
