  • large skillet with lid

Ingredients
  

  • 4 large chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp BBQ seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp chicken boullion

Instructions
 

  • Season chicken breasts liberally on both sides with salt, pepper, BBQ seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  • Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet.
  • Once oil is hot place chicken beasts in the pan and cook for 5 minutes.
  • In a small bowl combine water and chicken bouillon.
  • Flip chicken over and add the cup of chicken bouillon water to the skillet.
  • Cover the skillet with a lid and cook chicken for another 5 minutes.
  • Turn off heat and allow chicken breasts to steam in the pan for 15 minutes.
  • After 15 minutes, remove chicken breasts from the skillet and allow them to rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  • Use in all your favorite recipes that call for cooked chicken meat.
