Grilled Fish Tacos

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz tilapia fillets
  • 2 tsp taco seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 6 corn tortillas
  • 1 cup green cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup tomatoes, chopped
  • ½ cup onion, chopped
  • 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
  • 1 cup Cotija cheeese, crumbled
  • 1 large Avocado, diced
  • 1 lime or lemon, cut into wedges
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • salsa or hot sauce

Instructions
 

  • Chop onion, tomatoes, and cilantro. Set aside.
  • Shred cabbage, crumble Cotija cheese, and dice avocado. Set aside.
  • Cut lemon or lime into wedges. Set aside.
  • Season tilapia fillets with taco seasoning.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook Tilapia fillets for 2 minutes per side or until fillets are opaque and cooked through.
  • Warm tortillas in a skillet until they are soft and pliable.
  • Place grilled fish in each warmed tortilla and top with your favorite taco toppings.
