salsa or hot sauce
Instructions
Chop onion, tomatoes, and cilantro. Set aside.
Shred cabbage, crumble Cotija cheese, and dice avocado. Set aside.
Cut lemon or lime into wedges. Set aside.
Season tilapia fillets with taco seasoning.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Cook Tilapia fillets for 2 minutes per side or until fillets are opaque and cooked through.
Warm tortillas in a skillet until they are soft and pliable.
Place grilled fish in each warmed tortilla and top with your favorite taco toppings.
