Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a mixing bowl combine beef broth with 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, ½ tsp onion powder, ½ tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp pepper. Set aside.
In another mixing bowl combine the ground beef with 1 tbsp mustard, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp salt and ½ tsp pepper.
Divide meat into six equal sized portions.
Place a portion of meat in between plastic wrap and using a rolling pin, roll out meat to form a thin patty slightly larger than the size of the hamburger bun.
Heat a griddle or large skillet over medium heat.
Place buns, cut sides down on the griddle and toast them until golden brown. Remove toasted buns and set aside.
Fry beef patties until cooked to your desired doneness.
Place cooked patties in the beef broth mixture while you finish frying the remaining meat patties.
Once all the patties are cooked, place a beef patty on a cookie sheet, top with a slice of cheese, top with a second beef patty and a second slice of cheese.
Place in the oven and heat until cheese is melted.
Assemble burgers and spread with mustard and ketchup.
Serve with your favorite burger condiments; lettuce, tomato, pickle slices and red onion if desired.
