Ingredients

mangos

red onion,
diced

cilantro,
roughly chopped

limes,
juiced
Instructions
Peel mangos using a vegetable peeler.
Carefully cut mango flesh away from the center seed and cut the flesh into chunks.
Place mango chunks in a mixing bowl.
Chop tomato, cilantro and red onion.
Add red onion, cilantro and tomato to the bowl with the mango chunks.
Juice limes and add to the bowl with the other ingredients.
Stir to combine.
Serve with tortilla chips.

Delicious spooned over your favorite grilled fish or other seafood like grilled shrimp.
