Meatball Sliders

You can get these quick & easy to make sliders on the table in just 25 minutes using tasty shortcut ingredients. That's a real lifesaver meal when you're a busy working mom.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb frozen Italian style meatballs
  • 16 oz marinara sauce
  • 1 pkg Kings Hawaiian rolls
  • 6 slices Mozzarella, Monterey Jack, or Provolone cheese
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Place frozen meatballs in a saucepan.
  • Pour marinara sauce over the meat balls in the saucepan.
  • Cover and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes until the meatballs are heated through, stirring occasionally.
  • While meatballs are cooking, cut rolls in half.
  • Top each roll with a slice of cheese.
  • Place the rolls in the oven and "broil" them until cheese is melted, bubbly, and browned and the edges of the rolls are toasted.
  • remove toasted rolls from the oven and place a spoonful of marinara sauce onto the bottom half of each roll.
  • Top with a meatball.
  • Spoon additional marinara sauce onto each meatball.
  • Add a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
  • Top with the other half of the roll to serve.
