Cookie dough scoop
- 1¼ cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- 2 sticks butter, softened
- ¾ cup brown sugar, packed
- ¾ cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 cups Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
- 11 oz Nestle Toll House Butterscotch Morsels
Preheat oven to 375° F.
In a small bowl combine flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Set aside.
In the mixing bowl of a stand mixer beat sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract and butter together until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time.
Reduce speed and add flour mixture. Mix until well combined.
Reduce speed to low and add oats.
Add butterscotch chips.
Using a cookie scoop, place tablespoons of dough onto a cookie sheet lined with a silpat liner or parchment paper.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow cookies to cool for 10 minutes in the pan.
Using a spatula, transfer cookies from pan onto a cooling rack and allow cookies to cool completely.
