Quick & Easy Chicken Enchiladas

Using frozen chicken taquitos makes this the tastiest, quickest, and easiest chicken enchilada meal you will ever make.

- 16-18 oz package frozen chicken taquitos
- 19 oz can of red enchilada sauce
- 1½ cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2.25 oz can of sliced black olives, drained
- sour cream, to serve
Preheat oven to 400℉.
Place taquitos in the bottom of a casserole dish in a single layer.
Top with enchilada sauce, making sure to cover the taquitos with the sauce.
Top with the shredded cheddar cheese.
Sprinkle with sliced olives.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until heated through and the cheese is hot and bubbly.
Serve with a dollop of sour cream.
