- 3.5 oz sliced salami
- 4 oz cream cheese
- black olives, drained
Spread 2 teaspoons cream cheese onto each slice of salami.
Roll up salami around cream cheese.
Pierce an olive with a toothpick and then pierce the toothpick through the salami roll to secure.
Continue until all the salami, cream cheese and olives have been used up.
Place salami roll-ups on a platter and refrigerate until ready to serve.
