Sherry's Tasty Baked Egg Cups

These tasty egg cups are so easy to make. A low carb treat you can enjoy guilt free anytime.

- 2 strips bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
- 4 slices deli ham, cut in half
- ½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8 large eggs
- salt and pepper, to taste
- hot sauce, optional
Preheat oven to 350℉.
Spray muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
Cook bacon until crisp. Drain on a paper towel and crumble.
Place a slice of ham in each muffin cup.
Add about a tablespoon of shredded cheese in each cup.
Crack an egg into each cup, being careful not to break the yolks.
Top with bacon bits.
Season with a little salt and a generous amount of pepper.
Bake at 350℉ for 10 to 15 minutes, or until eggs are cooked to your liking.
Carefully remove egg cups from the muffin tin cups and serve with a dash of hot sauce and a side of toasted bread if desired.
