- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups BBQ sauce

Place chuck roast in your slow cooker.
Add minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, pepper and beef broth to the slow cooker.
Add 1 cup of the BBQ sauce, reserve other cup of BBQ sauce for later.
Place lid on the slow cooker and heat on low for 7-8 hours or until beef shreds easily with a fork.
Shred beef and stir in second cup of BBQ sauce to the slow cooker. Continue to cook until heated through.
While beef cooks, slice hoagie rolls in half and place a slice of cheese onto each of the cut sides. Place in the oven and "broil" until cheese melts.
