Spicy Sausage Balls

Spicy sausage, jalapeño, and cream cheese give these tender morsels a hint of spicy heat that melts in your mouth. These are oh so good!

- 1 lb chub hot pork breakfast sausage
- 4 oz can diced Jalapeños, drained
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1½ cups Bisquick baking mix
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 400℉.
Place all the ingredients in the bowl of a stand mixer with a paddle attachment.
Mix ingredients together until well combined.
Use a cookie scooper to form evenly sized balls.
Place sausage balls on a parchment paper or foil lined baking sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, until browned and cooked through.
Serve hot.
