Spicy Sausage Balls

Spicy sausage, jalapeño, and cream cheese give these tender morsels a hint of spicy heat that melts in your mouth. These are oh so good!

Equipment

  • stand mixer with paddle attachment
  • cookie scooper,
  • baking sheet

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chub hot pork breakfast sausage
  • 4 oz can diced Jalapeños, drained
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • cups Bisquick baking mix
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400℉.
  • Place all the ingredients in the bowl of a stand mixer with a paddle attachment.
  • Mix ingredients together until well combined.
  • Use a cookie scooper to form evenly sized balls.
  • Place sausage balls on a parchment paper or foil lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, until browned and cooked through.
  • Serve hot.
