What do you get when you combine a taco with a Quesadilla? You get a Tacodilla!

- 12 flour tortillas
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 pkt taco seasoning mix
- 8 oz tomato sauce
- 8 oz water
- lettuce, thinly sliced
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 avocado, diced
- ½ onion, chopped
- 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
- sliced olives
- sour cream
- Salsa
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt a tablespoon of butter and add a sprinkle of garlic powder and seasoned salt.
Place a tortilla in the pan.
Add ¼ cup cheddar cheese and fold tortilla in half.
Fry tortilla on both sides until browned and crunchy.
Place cooked tortillas in the oven and keep warm on low heat setting.
Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat and drain off excess fat.
Stir in tomato sauce, water and taco seasoning.
Simmer over medium heat until liquid cooks down.
To Serve:
Set up a taco bar with your favorite toppings.
Pry each tortilla apart and fill with beef, lettuce, and tomato.
Add additional toppings of your choice.
