1envelope guacamole seasoning mix,either mild or spicy
1tspblack pepper
½tspsalt
½cupwater
Instructions
Start by browning ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, breaking the meat into small crumbles as it cooks.
Once the beef is browned and cooked through, drain off any excess grease.
Add taco seasoning mix, the envelope of guacamole seasoning, salt and pepper to the beef in the skillet.
Pour in water and stir to combine.
Bring mixture to a low simmer and cook, stirring often, until the water has cooked off.
Serve cooked seasoned ground beef in all your favorite Mexican dishes; tacos, enchiladas, nachos, burritos, taco salad.
Notes
NOTE: Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days in the refrigerator. Place cooked beef in a large ziplock bag and squeeze out any excess air. Pop it in the freezer for longer storage.
