Whipped Brie Appetizer

There's a lot to love about this appetizer that's as light as air, and as smooth as silk. Top with smokey bacon bits, fresh herbs and a drizzle of sweet honey for one of the easiest to make, tastiest treats ever.

- 1 wheel Brie cheese, bring to room temperature
- 2-3 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- ½ tsp fresh Rosemary, Thyme or Chives chopped
- 1-2 tsp honey
- sourdough baguette bread, sliced
Cut bacon strips into ½ inch pieces.
Cook over medium heat until crispy and browned. Remove from pan and drain on a plate lined with a paper towel. Set aside.
Using a sharp paring knife, remove rind from the wheel of Brie cheese and discard.
Cut cheese into cubes and place in the bowl of a mixer.
Whip cheese on high speed or 4-5 minutes until light and fluffy, scraping down the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula as needed.
Spread whipped cheese onto a large plate or platter.
To serve, sprinkle with bacon bits, freshly chopped rosemary and a drizzle of honey.
Scoop up cheese spread with slices of French bread, your favorite crackers or veggies.
