World's Best Refried Beans, aka "Monster Mash"

Even if you're not a fan of refried beans you are going to love these tasty beans!

- 1 can refried beans
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1 cup salsa
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 can sliced black olives, drained
- tortilla or corn chips, to serve
Preheat oven to 350℉.
In a large mixing bowl combine the refried beans, taco seasoning, ½ the salsa, ½ the shredded Cheddar cheese, and the sour cream.
Transfer mixture into an oven safe baking dish. Spread mixture out in an even layer.
Top with remaining salsa and remaining cheddar cheese.
Finish with a layer of sliced olives.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until hot and bubbly and cheese is melty and starting to brown along the edges.
Serve as a tasty side dish to all your favorite Mexican dishes or as a dip with tortilla or corn chips for scooping.
