Use the good towels.
Ok, it’s time to come clean, literally. LOL! When was the last time you bought a new set of towels? Has it been so long that you can’t even remember when? Let’s be honest, are your towels so frayed and tattered that they should be relegated to the car washing towel heap?
I’m guilty of hanging on to towels for much longer than I should. I guess it’s the frugal in me that refuses to get rid of a perfectly good towel. Why toss it when you can just trim off the tattered threads on the ends? But honestly, if I am too embarrassed to let friends or family use them, then it really is time to replace them.
There is something so decadently wonderful about drying yourself off and wrapping yourself in a big white fluffy towel. It’s even better when it’s recently been laundered and smells clean and fresh. Mmmmm…
So I am challenging you to take a good look at your inventory of towels. Are they looking frayed, tattered, thin and tired? Then it’s high time to invest in a new set of towels. It doesn’t have to cost you an arm and a leg, you can find very nice towels that are reasonably priced.
So elevate your mornings by drying off with a fluffy new towel. It is one of life’s simple pleasures and will definitely get your day started on the right foot.
