How To Make Jezebel Herbed Cheese Spread:

Start by gathering together the spices you need for the cheese mixture.

Grate sharp cheddar and pepper jack cheeses.

Place cream cheese, sour cream and spices in the bowl of a stand mixer. The sour cream keeps the spread nice and loose even after being refrigerated so you can easily scoop it up with crackers. Mix on high until combined and the mixture is light and fluffy with no lumps.

Add green onions, grated sharp cheddar and pepper jack cheeses.

Mix on low to combine everything together.

Spread the herbed cheese mixture out in a serving dish in an even layer.

Top with a layer of your favorite pepper jelly.

Cover and refrigerate for 4-6 hours to allow flavors to combine and fully develop.

Garnish with freshly chopped chives and serve chilled with plenty of assorted crackers.

This easy to make appetizer is perfect for all your summer parties. It comes together in just a few quick minutes and you’ll be coming home with a clean dish. Once folks give it a taste they’ll be scooping it up until it’s all gone.
