Is there anyone out there that doesn’t love pizza? A few weeks ago I was going to host a girls spa day and serve up appetizers for the ladies. But life happens and we had to reschedule for another time. I can’t wait until we can get together for a well deserved pampering session.
Since I had all the ingredients to make this yummy appetizer I decided to go ahead and treat my two guys to this delicious creamy dip. We had it for dinner. Don’t judge! I don’t serve up dips for dinner on a regular basis but this was so good, I might just have to reconsider my stance on that, LOL.
To say it was a resounding hit would be a huge understatement! I mean what’s not to like? It’s creamy, cheesy, gooey and tastes just like a pizza. It is soooooo good!!! The girls are in for a real treat when we finally have our spa day!!!

Using a stand mixer makes quick work of combining all the ingredients.
Place mixture in a baking dish.
Spread mixture out into an even layer.
Top with pizza sauce.
Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
Spread cheese out to cover dip mixture in an even layer.
Top with Pepperoni.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Customize this dip with your favorite pizza toppings, like green bell peppers, olives, and mushrooms.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes until golden, bubbly and heated through.
Just look at all that cheesy, gooey goodness! YUM!
