Super Simple To Make, Snicker-lichious Chocolate Chip Cookies

Sometimes you just want a sweet treat…NOW! These 2 ingredient cookies come together in no time and you will be enjoying them with an icy cold glass of milk before the delectable smell of baking cookies tempts the kids out of their rooms.

These were so easy to bake up and they disappeared in no time. You could just as easily use a homemade chocolate chip cookie dough in place of a tube of refrigerated dough. But if you are looking for a quick and simple way to get freshly baked hot cookies on the table, these are the perfect way to do it.

Start by preheating oven to 350°F.

Line a cookie sheet with a silpat liner or spray with non-stick spray. Set aside.

Gather together the long list of ingredients. Ha-ha!

Try not to eat all the candy bars…save a few for the cookies!

Slice cookie dough into ¼ inch slices.

Place a piece of Snickers candy in the center of the cookie dough and enclose it with the dough.

Roll dough into a ball and place on the cookie sheet 2 inches apart.

Bake for 15 to 18 minutes. Cookies are done when the center is still soft but edges will be starting to brown ever so slightly.

Cool on cookie sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Ya, good luck with that! Ha-ha!

The snickers candy bar in the center is such a lovely surprise when you bite into these delectable cookies. I guarantee, you won’t get a single complaint from anyone, even if you use the convenience of refrigerated cookie dough to make these.
