3 Cheese Baked Mac & Cheese

Using not one, not two, but three cheeses creates a creamy and delicious casserole, exactly what Mac & Cheese should be.

- 2 cups milk
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 4 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 lb elbow macaroni, cooked according to package directions
- ¼ cup seasoned bread crumbs
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add macaroni and cook according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Grease a 13X9 inch oven safe casserole dish.
While macaroni is cooking, heat milk over medium heat in another saucepan.
Add cream cheese to the milk and stir to combine. Continue to cook until cream cheese has completely melted.
Stir in 4 cups of grated cheddar cheese. Continue to cook until cheese has completely melted.
Add salt, pepper and Dijon mustard. Stir to combine.
Remove pot from heat and stir in cooked macaroni.
Spread macaroni and cheese prepared 13X9 inch casserole dish.
In a small bowl, combine breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
Top macaroni with Parmesan/breadcrumb mixture.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until hot and bubbly and breadcrumb/cheese topping is a golden toasted brown.
