3 Ingredient Slow Cooker Barbecue Ribs

Tender, fall off the bone ribs are easy to make in your slow cooker.

- 1 rack baby back pork ribs
- 2 tbsp barbecue spice seasoning
- 1½ cups barbecue sauce
Use a sharp knife to remove membrane from the back side of the ribs.
Season ribs liberally with barbecue spice seasoning. Use hands to work the seasoning into the meat.
Place ribs in the slow cooker, meat side facing outward along the side of the slow cooker.
Pour 1 cup of barbecue sauce over top of ribs. Use hands to coat ribs with barbecue sauce.
Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
Ribs are done when meat is tender and easily comes off the bones.
Preheat oven to 450°.
Carefully transfer ribs onto a cookie sheet, meat side up.
Baste ribs with remaining ½ cup of barbecue sauce.
Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes to brown sauce and ribs.
Remove from oven and cut rack into individual ribs to serve.
