4 ingredient Oven Roasted Barbecue Ribs

These ribs are fall off the bone tender, flavorful and delicious with a minimum of fuss!

- ½ cup Hoisin sauce
- ½ cup ketchup
- ½ cup sriracha chilli sauce
- 1 rack pork spareribs
Preheat oven to 250°F.
Use a sharp knife to reemove skin from the back of the ribs.
Cut the rack of ribs into individual pieces.
Place ribs in a large bowl and season with a generous amount of salt and pepper.
In a small bowl combine hoisin sauce, ketchup, and sriracha chili sauce. (Set aside ¼ cup of the sauce for later). Toss ribs with sauce to coat them.
Lay out ribs on a foil lined cookie sheet in a single layer.
Cover the cookie sheet with foil and crimp foil along the edges of the pan to seal in the ribs.
Cook for 2 hours.
Remove ribs from the oven and increase temperature to 400°F.
Transfer ribs to another foil lined cookie sheet.
Brush ribs liberally with the reserved sauce.
Return ribs to the oven, bake uncovered, for 5-10 minutes or until the edges of the ribs begin to char.
Serve with a pile of napkins!!!
