4 ingredient Oven Roasted Barbecue Ribs

These ribs are fall off the bone tender, flavorful and delicious with a minimum of fuss!

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Hoisin sauce
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • ½ cup sriracha chilli sauce
  • 1 rack pork spareribs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 250°F.
  • Use a sharp knife to reemove skin from the back of the ribs.
  • Cut the rack of ribs into individual pieces.
  • Place ribs in a large bowl and season with a generous amount of salt and pepper.
  • In a small bowl combine hoisin sauce, ketchup, and sriracha chili sauce.
    (Set aside ¼ cup of the sauce for later).
  • Toss ribs with sauce to coat them.
  • Lay out ribs on a foil lined cookie sheet in a single layer.
  • Cover the cookie sheet with foil and crimp foil along the edges of the pan to seal in the ribs.
  • Cook for 2 hours.
  • Remove ribs from the oven and increase temperature to 400°F.
  • Transfer ribs to another foil lined cookie sheet.
  • Brush ribs liberally with the reserved sauce.
  • Return ribs to the oven, bake uncovered, for 5-10 minutes or until the edges of the ribs begin to char.
  • Serve with a pile of napkins!!!
