Equipment

  • Air Fryer

Ingredients

  • 24 oz brussels sprouts, cut in half
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

Bang-Bang Sauce:

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce
  • 3 tsp white vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions

  • Wash and pat dry Brussels sprouts.
  • Trim off tough ends and remove any tough outer leaves. Cut each sprout in half.
  • Toss the prepared sprouts in olive oil and season garlic powder, salt and pepper until well coated.
  • Preheat air fryer to 400° degrees.
  • Spread sprouts out in a single layer on a rack or air fryer basket.
  • Cook sprouts for 8 minutes.
  • Flip sprouts and continue to cook for another 6-8 minutes, or until they are tender on the inside and crisp and lightly toasted on the outside.
  • While the sprouts are cooking, make the tasty sauce. In a small bowl, combine mayo, chili sauce, hot sauce, vinegar, garlic, and red pepper flakes.
  • When sprouts are finished cooking, toss them in half the sauce to coat them completely.
  • Serve sprouts hot with the remaining sauce on the side for dipping.
