Wash and pat dry Brussels sprouts.
Trim off tough ends and remove any tough outer leaves. Cut each sprout in half.
Toss the prepared sprouts in olive oil and season garlic powder, salt and pepper until well coated.
Preheat air fryer to 400° degrees.
Spread sprouts out in a single layer on a rack or air fryer basket.
Cook sprouts for 8 minutes.
Flip sprouts and continue to cook for another 6-8 minutes, or until they are tender on the inside and crisp and lightly toasted on the outside.
While the sprouts are cooking, make the tasty sauce. In a small bowl, combine mayo, chili sauce, hot sauce, vinegar, garlic, and red pepper flakes.
When sprouts are finished cooking, toss them in half the sauce to coat them completely.
Serve sprouts hot with the remaining sauce on the side for dipping.
