Ingredients
  

  • 15.5 oz. can of garbanzo beans, drained
  • 2 medium avocados
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 bunch cilantro, roughly chopped
  • 1 envelope Guacamole Seasoning Mix
  • ⅓-½ cup lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3-4 tbsp water

Dippers:

  • pita bread, cut into wedges
  • tortilla chips
  • carrot sticks
  • sliced cucumber
  • snap peas

Instructions
 

  • Place garbanzo beans, cilantro, avocados, tahini, garlic, Jalapeño pepper, seasoning mix, and salt in the bowl of a food processor and pulse to combine ingredients.
  • With motor running, stream in lime juice and olive oil.
  • Scrape down sides as needed.
  • Add water, a tablespoon at a time to thin mixture if it seems to thick.
  • Serve with tortilla chips, pita bread cut into wedges, carrots, snap peas or carrots for dipping.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
