Place garbanzo beans, cilantro, avocados, tahini, garlic, Jalapeño pepper, seasoning mix, and salt in the bowl of a food processor and pulse to combine ingredients.
With motor running, stream in lime juice and olive oil.
Scrape down sides as needed.
Add water, a tablespoon at a time to thin mixture if it seems to thick.
Serve with tortilla chips, pita bread cut into wedges, carrots, snap peas or carrots for dipping.
