Best Restaurant Style Spanish Rice

This easy to make side is better than any restaurant version. You will love how easy it is to make too.

- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 cup long grain rice
- 14½ oz can of chicken broth,
- 1½ oz water
- 8 oz can tomato sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp Cumin
- 2 tbsps minced dehydrated onions
- 1½ tbsp taco seasoning mix
Heat oil in a large saucepan on medium high heat.
Add rice and stir until grains are translucent and start to lightly toast.
Add all the remaining ingredients, and stir well.
Increase heat to high and bring mixture to a boil, stirring occasionally.
Cover pan with a tight fitting lid; immediately reduce heat to low.
Cook for 25-30 minutes or until rice has absorbed all the liquid.
Fluff with a fork and serve.
