Cheese Stuffed Biscuits

Melted cheese enveloped in a soft biscuit and slathered with melted garlic butter.

- 1 pkg refrigerated biscuit rolls
- 8 cubes cheddar cheese, cut into ½ inch pieces
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp dried parsley
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Separate biscuits into 8 individual pieces.
Place a cube of cheese in the center of each biscuit.
Wrap dough around the cube of cheese, pinching dough together to seal in the cheese cube.
Place biscuits, seam side down in a cast iron pan.
Bake biscuits for 15 minutes or until deep golden brown.
While biscuits are baking, melt butter in a small bowl and combine with minced garlic, garlic powder and dried parsley.
When biscuits are done, remove from the oven and brush with garlic butter.
Serve immediately while biscuits are hot.
