Preheat oven to 350°F.
Cut cheese sticks into 12 pieces. Set aside.
Place ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder in a mixing bowl and combine.
Divide beef into 12 equal sized portions.
Shape beef into a patty and wrap beef around a piece of cheese.
Roll into a ball, enclosing the cheese, and place in an oven safe baking dish.
Top meatballs with marinara sauce.
Bake for 45 minutes or until completely cooked through.
To serve, slice rolls in half. Place a meatball on each roll and top with some marinara sauce and grated Parmesan cheese.
