- 13-16 oz refrigerated pizza crust
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp dried basil
- salt & pepper, to taste
- ½ cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Roll out pizza dough onto a cookie sheet.
Melt butter and stir in minced garlic to combine.
Brush pizza dough with melted butter/garlic mixture.
Sprinkle salt & pepper, dried basil onto dough.
Cover dough with an even layer of Mozzarella cheese.

Use a pizza cutter to cut the dough into long thin strips but do not pull apart or separate the strips.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until breadsticks are starting to brown.
Set oven temperature to broil and toast until cheese is bubbly and golden brown. Keep a close eye on it so it doesn't burn.
Remove from oven and use a knife or pizza cutter to recut the strips and separate breadsticks.
