- 15 oz Chili no beans
- 15 oz Nacho cheese sauce
- 1 tsp Sriracha sauce
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- sliced pickled Jalapeño peppers
- ¼ cup sour cream
- tortilla chips
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place Chili, Nacho cheese sauce and Sriracha in a large mixing bowl. Stir well to combine.
Transfer chili/cheese mixture to an oven safe casserole dish.
Top with an even layer of the shredded Cheddar and Jack cheeses.
Top with slices of Jalapeño peppers.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Turn oven to broil setting and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until cheese is lightly browned.
Top with a drizzle of sour cream and serve with tortilla chips.
