Ingredients
  

  • 15 oz Chili no beans
  • 15 oz Nacho cheese sauce
  • 1 tsp Sriracha sauce
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • sliced pickled Jalapeño peppers
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • tortilla chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Place Chili, Nacho cheese sauce and Sriracha in a large mixing bowl. Stir well to combine.
  • Transfer chili/cheese mixture to an oven safe casserole dish.
  • Top with an even layer of the shredded Cheddar and Jack cheeses.
  • Top with slices of Jalapeño peppers.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
  • Turn oven to broil setting and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until cheese is lightly browned.
  • Top with a drizzle of sour cream and serve with tortilla chips.
